Expert Developer for Custom Asana Project Mirroring and Synchronization

We are seeking an experienced developer to build a custom integration for our Asana workspace. Our real estate company utilizes Asana to manage all transaction processes. We have a main Asana project containing all property information and require a second project that automatically mirrors specific data from the main project.

The purpose of the second project is to provide a client-facing view for our real estate agents and clients. This mirrored project should selectively display information, specifically copying custom fields and task descriptions from the main project. Crucially, it must exclude sensitive internal details such as subtasks, comments, and other internal activities to maintain privacy of our internal processes.

The core functionality required is automatic, real-time synchronization between the two projects, ensuring that updates in the main project are reflected in the client-facing project, while strictly adhering to the specified data filtering rules.

We are looking for a freelancer with proven expertise in building custom API integrations. Experience with the Asana API, n8n, or similar robust automation and integration platforms is highly desirable.
