Expert for Whatsapp Chatbot Api and Workflow Optimization

We are seeking a highly skilled API expert to evaluate and enhance the current workflow of our WhatsApp chatbot. Chatbos was built by Make.com senario with Evaluation Api. The primary goal is to identify existing bottlenecks, propose effective solutions, and implement improvements to ensure the chatbot operates with maximum efficiency and reliability. This project specifically focuses on optimizing the evaluation API to improve the overall performance and responsiveness of the chatbot. The ideal freelancer will have extensive experience in API development and integration, a deep understanding of chatbot architectures, and familiarity with the WhatsApp Business API or similar messaging platforms. Strong analytical skills are required to diagnose workflow issues and implement robust, scalable solutions.
