We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated appointment setter for an ongoing outbound calling project. This is a long-term opportunity with monthly renewals based on performance, working with a digital marketing agency based in Florida, USA. The primary responsibility will be to call small business owners, specifically HVAC contractors in Florida, to schedule live demonstrations of our marketing automation platform. This role focuses purely on setting appointments for software demos, not on closing sales. Comprehensive scripts, objection handlers, and full training will be provided. Access to our CRM and dialing tools will also be supplied.

Project Deliverables:
- Conduct 60-70 outbound dials per day.
- Work Tuesday through Friday, 5 hours per day (20 hours per week).
- Adhere to the EST timezone for all working hours.
- Aim to schedule 1-2 qualified demos per day.
- Submit daily activity reports at the end of each shift.

Compensation Structure:
- $7/ hour Base hourly rate.
- $5 Performance bonus for each demo that successfully shows.
- $75 Additional bonus for each client that closes.
- $50-$200 Monthly performance bonuses for achieving specific client closing targets (e.g., 2 closed, 3 closed, 5 closed).

Requirements:
- Fluent English with a neutral or light accent.
- Proven previous experience in outbound calling.
- Availability to work in the EST timezone, Tuesday through Friday.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
- Preference for candidates based in Colombia or Mexico.
