Expert No-Code Developer for Trilingual Vacation Rental Landing Page (Carrd/Framer)

We are seeking an experienced No-Code developer to create a high-conversion, fast-loading landing page for a premium vacation rental property in Brazil. The project requires the site to be built exclusively using either Carrd or Framer. We explicitly prohibit the use of WordPress, Webflow, or any platform that necessitates a monthly server or hosting maintenance fee paid to the developer.

Mandatory Requirements and Scope of Work:
1. Design & Build: Develop a modern, clean, and mobile-first single-page website (SPA) that provides an excellent user experience across all devices.
2. Trilingual Setup: The landing page must support three languages: Portuguese (as the default), English, and Spanish. The developer will be responsible for implementing a user-friendly language switcher (e.g., Flags or buttons).
3. Content Integration: All textual content and translations will be provided by us. The developer's role is focused purely on layout, user interface (ui), and user experience (ux) design and implementation. No translation or copywriting is required.
4. Platform Restriction: Strict adherence to Carrd or Framer is mandatory. Any other platform, especially those requiring ongoing hosting fees managed by the developer, is not permitted.
5. Call to Action (CTA) Hierarchy: The primary call to action must be a highly prominent button directing users to WhatsApp, pre-filled with a message. Secondary, less prominent buttons (e.g., Smaller, transparent, or neutral colors) should link to our Airbnb and Booking profiles, serving primarily as social proof.
6. Performance & Gallery Limit: The page's image gallery will be limited to a maximum of 12 strategic images. These images must be thoroughly optimized and compressed to ensure a mobile load time (on 4G networks) of under 3 seconds.
7. Ownership Transfer: Upon completion, the final project must be fully transferred to our personal Carrd or Framer account. We will not incur third-party hosting fees.
