## Project Background

Outlet4IT is an existing Shopify store for used and refurbished IT devices, mainly from leasing returns.

The store already exists and is online. This is not a new Shopify build from scratch.

A read-only audit has already been completed . Therefore, this project is not for another audit. This project is for implementation, optimization, completion and final launch readiness based on the existing audit findings and the current Shopify store setup.

## Project Objective

The objective is to transform the existing Outlet4IT Shopify store into a premium, professional, fully finished online shop for used and refurbished IT devices, ready for the German/EU market.

The final store must be ready for real customer traffic and real sales without requiring additional cleanup, restructuring, missing pages, missing content, unfinished design work or further basic adjustments.

The final result must be a complete, trustworthy and mass-ready Shopify store.

## Important Conditions

• The audit phase has already been completed and paid separately.
• This project starts with implementation and finalization.
• The freelancer already has access to the Shopify store.
• Work must be completed milestone by milestone.
• Only approved milestones may be worked on.
• Any additional work outside the agreed scope requires written approval.
• No demo content may remain.
• No placeholder content may remain.
• No unfinished pages may remain.
• No broken links may remain.
• No hidden issues may remain undisclosed.
• The final delivery must be a fully launch-ready store.

4. German/eu readiness: legal pages, shipping, tax/vat, payment, checkout

Each milestone must be reviewed and approved before the next milestone is activated.
