Expert Ui/Ux Design for a Data Knowledge Repository of Frameworks in Wordpress

Published on the May 24, 2026 in Design & Multimedia

About this project

Open

I am building a free, public-access knowledge repository for corporate controllers and finance directors in the lower middle-market.

The premisse is that finance professionals have a reason to contribute (submit and author frameworks) so their public profile is visible, they can claim on linkedin that and give more career credentials and visibility. It must look sleek since begining, a person who lands and sees the site must feel compelled to contribute to a framework, finance professionals need to boost their resume and this platform would allow them showcase a solution they created in their careers.

This is NOT a marketing brochure, a dropshipping site, or a consumer blog. It is an industrial-grade administrative infrastructure. The visual identity must be ruthlessly clean, minimalist, and data-dense. Think of the UI standards of Stripe Documentation, Bloomberg Terminals, or enterprise SaaS dashboards. I want zero decorative fluff, zero stock photos of handshakes, and zero bouncy animations.

The Technical Constraint:
The backend of this site is already planned for WordPress using Advanced Custom Fields (ACF). Your job is strictly to design the ui/ux frontend in figma. You must design a layout that cleanly accommodates a rigid ACF data structure. You will not code the site; you are delivering the visual blueprint for my developer.

The Architecture You Must Solve:
The core of the site relies on a strict taxonomy. I have a library of financial frameworks categorized by:

3 Implementation Depths
3 Tiers (Control, Monitor, Optimize)
8 Domains
19 Outcome Metrics

Deliverables Required (Fully layered, developer-ready Figma files):

Master Typography & Style Guide: High-contrast, highly readable text grid suitable for complex financial logic, mathematical formulas, and technical specifications.

The Repository Interface: The master library page where users can browse and filter frameworks using the complex 4-variable taxonomy mentioned above without the UI feeling cluttered.

The Framework Template (The 6-Section Grid): A master layout for individual entries. Every framework contains exactly 6 sections (Scope/Trigger, Failure Mode, Control Rule + Owner, Minimum Viable Implementation, Cost of Inaction, and When It Stops Working). This page must read like a technical specification manual.

Methodology Page: A visual dashboard layout explaining how the taxonomy and the 6 sections interlock.

Screening Questions (Mandatory):

How do you approach designing a filtering sidebar that has to handle 4 different taxonomy categories without overwhelming the user?
How do you structure your Figma file layers and components to ensure a flawless handoff to a WordPress/ACF developer?

🛑 stop: read this before applying 🛑

do not apply if you are a full-stack developer, backend engineer, or wordpress coder only (i already got a coder from here that had no idea of good design).
Do not apply if your portfolio is full of e-commerce stores, consumer apps, or colorful marketing blogs.

This project requires zero coding.

I am strictly hiring an Information Architect and ui/ux designer to create a pixel-perfect, developer-ready figma blueprint for a structured financial governance repository.

To prove you actually read this and are not an auto-bidding bot, you must do two things in your proposal:
Start your message with the exact word: ARCHITECTURE.
