We are a dynamic digital marketing agency specializing in high-performing paid social campaigns, and we are actively seeking a talented Facebook Ads Designer. This part-time freelance role is crucial for creating compelling, scroll-stopping advertisements that drive clicks and conversions for our diverse client portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of design expertise and a keen understanding of marketing psychology.
Key Responsibilities:
Design high-performing static ad creatives optimized for Facebook and Instagram platforms.
Collaborate closely with our internal copywriting and media buying teams to ensure seamless and cohesive campaign execution.
Apply advanced marketing and psychological principles, including effective use of color, framing, and emotional triggers, to maximize ad effectiveness and user engagement.
Iterate quickly on ad creatives based on performance data and analytical insights, continuously optimizing for better results.
Requirements for this Role:
A strong and comprehensive portfolio showcasing previous ad creatives, with a significant advantage given to experience in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) or e-commerce brands.
A deep understanding of consumer behavior and its direct influence on ad performance.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and Canva.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Experience with motion graphics or video editing is considered a valuable asset.
Prior experience working within a digital marketing agency or directly with an e-commerce brand is highly valued. **This budget would be on-going monthly recurring fee
