Field Data Collection Specialists for Business Mapping Project in Brazil and Mexico

WebOps is seeking reliable, independent contractors to support a global business mapping project, expanding field operations across Sao Paolo, Brazil, and Mexico City, Mexico. This is a field-based position requiring significant travel between businesses to collect information on-site using a smartphone application. This is not an office job.

What You Will Do:
Your primary responsibility will be to visit assigned commercial locations (shops, restaurants, hotels, offices, and other businesses) and collect data using our mobile application. Daily tasks include:
- Travelling independently between assigned business locations.
- Recording short videos of storefronts and, when possible, inside the business.
- Taking clear photographs following project guidelines.
- Confirming whether the business is open, permanently closed, relocated, or has changed information.
- Answering simple questions within our application regarding the business.
- Uploading completed tasks through the mobile application.
- Following all project instructions and quality standards.
This position requires frequent walking and travelling throughout your assigned area.

Important Information:
Before applying, please make sure you are comfortable with the following:
- You will be working independently without on-site supervision.
- You will spend most of your time outside visiting businesses.
- Some business owners or employees may ask why you are recording. You must be comfortable politely explaining the project following our provided guidelines.
- Some businesses may refuse interior recording. You will receive instructions on how to handle these situations.

Requirements:
- Must already possess an Android smartphone running Android 7.0 or newer.
- At least 8 gb ram.
