Fintech App Ux Research & Testing in Argentina

We are seeking an Argentina-based freelancer to conduct user experience research and testing for a consumer-lending mobile application. The primary goal is to understand the real user journey from app download to loan offer within the Argentine market, focusing on apps like Moni.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Downloading the specified app from Google Play and completing the full sign-up process using your own personal details, simulating a typical customer experience.
- Screen-recording the entire user flow on your mobile device. This includes registration, ID and selfie verification, linking a bank account, and reaching the loan offer or simulation stage. Narrating your actions and feelings in Spanish during the recording is highly encouraged.
- Completing a detailed checklist provided after hiring. This checklist will require you to document the duration of each step, app permissions requested, necessary documents, the specifics of any loan offer received (amount, term, tna, cft), and any encountered errors or rejections.
- Monitoring and noting all SMS, emails, calls, or push notifications received from the app for seven days following the initial testing phase.

An optional but highly valued component involves taking the smallest available loan and promptly repaying it, meticulously documenting the disbursement and repayment processes. All project-related expenses, including the full cost of the loan (interest and any associated fees), will be covered. This task requires timely repayment and is only to be undertaken if comfortable with a temporary entry on your credit record.

- I do not need your personal data. Please blur or cover your DNI number, face, bank account details, phone number and address in the video and screenshots. Blurring in editing is fine.
- I will never ask for your login, pin, id documents or access to your account. The account is yours and stays yours.

Requirements

- Living in Argentina, 18+, with your own DNI, Argentine phone number and bank account (cbu/cvu)
- an android phone that can screen-record
- clear, organized documentation. Prior UX testing or mystery-shopping experience is a plus.

Budget

Part A (one app, recording + checklist + 7-day follow-up): US$30 fixed
Part B (optional): +US$20
If the first test goes well, I'll have 2–3 more similar apps to test.
