Fix filters issue in Woocommerce

Good morning,

I need some help with my current project. We are about to start an ecommerce, and although we are very advance in many areas, we have found a problem in our web we cannot solve, and it is stopping us going live.

Basically the filters from our Shoe shop are conflicting somehow. Three issues identified:
- Filters do not show the single variations.
- Parents (or variations covering various variations) do not show when trickleling down the category menu.

We have tried with Show single variation plugin from Iconic, another one I forgot its name and our current one which allows to exclude certain attribute from showing in the filters.

Even with all show single variations removed, and using the standard filters (woocommerce) the issue persists.

I would required budget and timescales.
