Freelance Automation & Ai Specialist for Agency Collaboration

Our agency is seeking a highly skilled freelance technical collaborator to implement advanced automations and create AI agents. This role is crucial for enhancing our client services, focusing on prospect management, system integrations, and ongoing technical support. We are looking for a responsible professional with excellent communication skills for a long-term partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

*  Automate attention, lead capture, and prospect follow-up processes.
*  Develop and implement AI agents to streamline operations.
*  Integrate essential platforms including WhatsApp Business api (official), crm systems, various forms, and other applications.
*  Provide continuous support, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and comprehensive documentation for all delivered solutions.

Required Skills and Tools:

We value experience with automation platforms such as Make, n8n, Zapier, or GoHighLevel. While mastery of all is not required, demonstrated expertise and the ability to select appropriate solutions based on project budget are essential. Knowledge of APIs and programming is highly desirable, and experience with web and mobile application development is a significant plus.

Collaboration Model:

*  The initial engagement will be a paid pilot project with a clearly defined scope and fixed price.
*  Successful completion of the pilot may lead to recurring collaboration based on performance and demand.
*  Pricing should allow for reselling services to our clients with a healthy margin.
*  Implementation, tools, and ongoing support will be quoted separately.
*  We are particularly interested in developing reusable solutions for diverse clients.

Support Expectations:

Freelancers should specify their available working hours, typical response times, availability for urgent issues, details on included corrections, and proposed monthly or per-event support costs.

General Conditions:

All work will be conducted under our agency's brand and through our established channels. The agency will manage all commercial relationships and billing. Confidentiality agreements and non-solicitation clauses for assigned clients will be required. All accounts, access credentials, and project deliverables will remain under the control of the agency or the end client.

Proposal Requirements:

Interested freelancers are requested to include the following in their proposals:

1.  Country of residence and availability.
2.  List of tools and platforms you master.
3.  Two examples of previous work, ideally presented via video.
4.  Indicative pricing for project work and ongoing support.
5.  Relevant experience collaborating with agencies.
