Freelance Web Developer Needed – Temporary Microsite

We’re looking for a freelance web developer to build a simple, stylish microsite.

The site should have a clean, modern UI and be fully responsive.

It will include:
- ~12–18 listings shown in an accordion/dropdown format 
- A simple submission form with multi-select options and PDF upload 
- Submissions stored in a database with CSV/Excel export 

Access to the main site should be gated, with a basic external link integration (no full payment system needed).

A simple admin view is required to:
- Manage listings 
- View submissions in a table 
- Apply basic filtering 
- Export data 

The site should:
- Start as a static landing page 
- Activate into full functionality at a set time 
- Deactivate after and return to the landing page 

Open to tech stack (Node, PHP, etc.) As long as it handles file uploads and basic validation.

Please share relevant work and a brief approach.

Two deadlines for this project: initial landing page must go live first, followed by full functionality completion shortly after.
