Full Home Interior Design with 3d Renderings and Cad Drawings

We are seeking a talented and experienced interior designer to undertake a customized designed full home interior and exterior design project. Total 4500 sq ft on 2 floors plus an additional 2500sq of finished basement. The scope includes comprehensive design for all living spaces within the residence. SketchUp and PDF files of layout provided. The ideal freelancer will communicate throughout process using our input for modification. Freelancer will be responsible for developing a cohesive design concept that reflects modern aesthetics and functionality, tailored to our preferences. Key deliverables will include detailed photo realistic 3D renderings to visualize the proposed designs, as well as precise CAD drawings for all architectural, lighting and furniture layouts. We expect a professional approach to space planning, material selection, lighting design, and furniture arrangement. Experience with luxury residential projects of similar scale is highly valued. Must be open to revisions to meet our taste.
