Full-Time Spanish-Speaking Virtual Assistant for Cleaning Business

We are looking to hire a full-time Spanish-speaking virtual assistant to help manage daily operations for our cleaning service company based in the U.S.

The VA will be responsible for:

Calling our maids every morning to get their ETAs

Sending those ETAs to clients via text or WhatsApp

Assigning cleaners to jobs each evening for the following day

Every Sunday: calling the cleaners to gather their weekly availability and updating our Google Sheets schedule

Daily updates and communication using Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and/or basic CRM tools

You must be fluent in Spanish and English, reliable, highly organized, and comfortable working in U.S. Central Time hours.

This is a long-term, full-time opportunity.
