intelligence)
○ HubSpot CRM optimization & process automation
○ Sales enablement program rollouts
○ Competitive intelligence program built

● Maintain project plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and success
metrics
● Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, Product)
● Identify bottlenecks and drive solutions proactively
● Report weekly status to leadership (dashboard + narrative)


Process Improvement (25%)
● Document key GTM processes (lead routing, deal review, forecasting)
● Build playbooks for repeatable workflows
● Implement KPI tracking frameworks
● Conduct process audits and recommend improvements
● Partner with RevOps on system integrations


Change Management (15%)
● Create training materials and conduct rollout sessions
● Manage stakeholder feedback loops
