Help to create kioski in ubuntu that runs windows application .exe

I am developing a software in winforms c# that prints in POS, take information from scale rs232 and connect in wifi. All of that is for a kioski computer, where the employer will turn it on and only my software will open.  I did it in windows, but i want to make it run in linux, ubuntu, or other free opensource OS that dont update all the time to do the job.

It need to run my .exe software. Maybe with wine.
I have never used linux before and have no experience on that.


-The kiosk wont have a mouse.
-My software need to be the only one open.
-User cant close it, if he does, my software will open again automaticaly. (Even if there is a bug and my software closes. It will "reboot")
I have no experience in linux or idea of how we are going to do that.
