We are seeking experienced and passionate Senior Blockchain/Web3 Developers to join our cutting-edge blockchain-based gaming project. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-impact Web3 game that integrates NFTs, smart contracts, and play-to-earn mechanics with immersive gameplay.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts (Solidity/Rust)
- Integrate blockchain functionality with front-end via Web3.js / Ethers.js
- Collaborate with designers, game developers, and back-end engineers
- Ensure high security and scalability of dApps and smart contracts
- Optimize on-chain and off-chain logic for performance and cost-efficiency

Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in Blockchain or Web3 development
- Strong expertise in Solidity, Rust, or similar blockchain languages
- Hands-on experience with Ethereum, Polygon, or Solana
- Familiarity with NFT standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155) and marketplaces
- Proficient in smart contract audits and security best practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely in a team

Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Unity/Unreal Engine + Web3 integration
- Tokenomics or crypto gaming experience
- Knowledge of Layer 2 solutions and DeFi
