I need a soucing Agent on China

We do dropshipping with bra and underwear in our store and we would like to find a better final price than 3,17usd/pc with a supplier and with the same quality.

Today I have these prices and my supplier delivers to the customer's house:
1 pc -> 3.48(epacket) + 3.17 =  6.65
2 pcs -> 3.48(epacket) + 3.17 + 3.17 =  9.82
3 pcs -> 3.48(epacket) + 3.17 + 3.17 + 3.17 =  12.99

Last month we placed 978 orders and this month, as of today (11/16/2019), we already have 895 orders. Every month we are increasing our sales a lot and we are looking for suppliers that give us better prices.
