I need an bot to post on Offer up

I need a bot to post on offer up, I need to be to re-post the same posts every day on at least 3 different accounts on offer up, the bot must be able to switch, zip codes by itself, I don't need to do it fast just to do it automatically, would be good if the bot could emulate a real person behavior when posting to avoid the accounts being  closed. Here a list the main specification
1. Several photos per item posted
2.Save data to post the same every day
3.

To be able to post on diferent account (the same day not at the same time)
4.  Switch zip code from a list every day and different for each account.
5. The bot must post when a command or with agenda.
6. I will need help if the app change and the bot stop working because of that
7. I need a warranty if the bot stop working or makes mistakes.
8. Must be able to work with a VPN activated.
