FP Construction LLC is a professional Real Estate Wholesaling Company operating in multiple states, with the central hub located in San Antonio, TX.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated sales professional to join our growing team as a sales closer. We are expanding rapidly and looking for someone who is hungry to grow along with us. We aim to find great people who are serious about success and making money.
As a Sales Closer, you will be responsible for contacting warm leads who have already expressed an interest in selling their property and turning them into contracts by negotiating and presenting a competitive offer. We provide a unique value for sellers by offering innovative solutions to help them sell their homes quickly.

What You’ll Do:
● Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify motivated property sellers.
● Property Evaluation: Analyze property values and conditions to negotiate profitable deals.
● Negotiation: Build rapport with sellers, negotiate purchase prices, and draft contracts.
Strong Candidates:
● Will have a proven track record of success in sales and hitting sales goals.

● Be passionate about selling and closing with a competitive mindset.

Pay: Based upon experience. Salary plus Commissions
Shift:
● 8 hour shift

● Weekly Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
Supplemental Pay:
