We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish-English) Virtual Assistant with experience in Instagram growth, content planning, and brand development to help manage and scale the personal brand @vanessamean_.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record growing influencer or personal brand accounts, understands the Instagram algorithm deeply (especially Reels), and is confident taking the lead on engagement, posting strategy, and performance tracking. Bonus if you’ve helped a creator or business reach $20,000+ per month which was achieve twice through content and brand visibility.

You must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. We need someone who can not only execute but bring creative input, stay up to date on trends, and take ownership of results.

Project overview

We are building a high-impact personal brand on Instagram in the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle space under the account @vanessamean_. The brand is based in Houston, Texas, and is focused on creating stylish, engaging, and trend-driven content that connects with a growing local and international audience. Our goal is to significantly scale visibility, engagement, and monetization in the next 6–12 months. We are currently averaging strong growth and want to bring on a bilingual Virtual Assistant who can support us in maintaining consistency, identifying content trends, boosting community engagement, and helping us reach $20,000+ in monthly brand income through collaborations, campaigns, and optimized strategy. The project requires a proactive individual with creative input, strong organizational skills, and the ability to take ownership of day-to-day Instagram operations, reporting, and collaboration coordination.
