project scope:

the scope of work includes the design, development, integration, and testing of the following modules:

    branch crm module
        complete crm from referral and  escalation
        customer relationship management segmented by customer type
        branch-wise customer service, tracking, and sales performance analysis

    cms (content management system)
        centralized management of website and mobile content
        custom page builder, banner manager, blog/news section, etc.

    Warranty Module
        Product-wise warranty tracking and management
        Customer-facing warranty registration and service request features

    Delivery Module
        Enhanced delivery tracking, partner integrations, and route optimization
        Integration with logistics APIs (if applicable)

    Wholesale Module
        Separate pricing, bulk order features, and tiered user roles for wholesalers
        Dedicated wholesale product catalog and approval system
