Contexto Geral do Projeto

We are seeking a detailed proposal for the enhancement of our existing 6Valley eCommerce system. The goal is to extend the current system capabilities by integrating new modules and evaluating their impact on the existing web platform and mobile applications. Project Scope: The scope of work includes the design, development, integration, and testing of the following modules: Branch CRM Module Customer relationship management segmented by client type Branch-wise customer service, tracking, and sales performance analysis CMS (Content Management System) Centralized management of website and mobile content Custom page builder, banner manager, blog/news section, etc. Warranty Module Product-wise warranty tracking and management Customer-facing warranty registration and service request features Delivery Module Enhanced delivery tracking, partner integrations, and route optimization Integration with logistics APIs (if applicable) Wholesale Module Separate pricing, bulk order features, and tiered user roles for wholesalers Dedicated wholesale product catalog and approval system Deliverables Requested: Detailed Project Proposal Technical specifications for each module Technologies and frameworks to be used Impact Assessment How each module will affect the core 6Valley system architecture Compatibility with existing APIs and databases Required changes or enhancements to the mobile apps (Android & iOS) Timeline and Milestones Estimated time required for development and deployment of each module Suggested phases (if applicable) Cost Estimation Module-wise breakdown of development costs Optional: Support and maintenance pricing Security & Performance Considerations Any concerns or recommendations regarding system performance and data security
