The work to be done is on an open kitchen in a maisone or maisonette. The project includes a plan that will guide me when designing the kitchen.
The above kitchen project will include a sink that will be next to a window to allow free air  to enter the kitchen.

This helps the utensils to dry up fast after they are cleaned.
The kitchen project will also include a chimney at the fire place, to enhance smoke to go through it and to avoid destruction of the kitchen walls by the smoke.
