Phaora, a us-based company, is seeking a highly professional and experienced remote virtual receptionist to serve as the warm and efficient first point of contact for our valued clients. This is an ongoing role with significant room for growth as our company scales.
Responsibilities:
* Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, routing them to the appropriate team members.
* Take clear and accurate messages when direct routing is not possible.
* Respond to client inquiries via chat and email with professionalism and clarity.
* Efficiently schedule appointments for clients and internal staff.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes within our CRM system.
* Consistently deliver a friendly, polished, and exceptional client experience across all interactions.
Requirements:
* Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral, clear accent.
* Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.
* Reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet and professional workspace, and a high-quality headset are essential.
* Availability during US business hours is required.
* Comfortable and proficient with CRM tools and Google Workspace applications.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
