Phaora, a us-based company, is seeking highly motivated and experienced remote cold callers / closers to join our growing team. This is a 100% commission-only, uncapped role, offering significant earning potential based entirely on performance. There is no base salary, ensuring that your earnings directly reflect your sales success.

Earning Potential:
For example, a 10% commission on a $50,000 deal results in a $5,000 earning per close, plus an additional $100 per-close bonus. Successful closers can achieve substantial annual incomes:
- Closing 1 deal per month: Approximately $61,000 per year
- Strong closers achieving 4 deals per month: Up to $245,000 per year
Realistic On-Target Earnings (OTE) range from $60,000 to $245,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls from provided prospect lists.
- Effectively pitch and qualify potential prospects.
- Book appointments for further discussions.
- Confidently close deals and secure new business.
- Accurately log all call outcomes and activities in our CRM system.

Requirements:
- Confident, persuasive communication skills with clear English on the phone.
- Proven sales and closing experience is preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Professional headset and a dialer-ready setup.
