I need to design and build an app which allows me to request or view live video streaming  from someone else.
More details would be available but NDA must be signed before proceeding.

Looking to find someone who is familiar with developing apps like periscope, facebook live and Bigo etc. App should be able to incorporate google maps and GPS tracking as well.
