We’re looking for a skilled video editor experienced in direct-response style videos — both UGC ads and mini VSLs (1–3 minutes).

You’ll be editing content for a fast-growing ecommerce brand that sells across the Top 5 English-speaking countries (us, uk, ca, au, nz).
Fluent or advanced English understanding is mandatory — you must be able to follow English scripts, captions, and voiceovers naturally.

👉 Your main tasks:

Start by editing 3–5 videos per week, each with 3 hook variations — this volume will consistently increase as we scale and the collaboration proves successful.

Work from our provided scripts, voiceovers, and briefs (sometimes you’ll need to take creative initiative)

Handle the entire editing process: pacing, transitions, captions, sound design, and motion effects

👉 Technical Requirements:

CapCut Pro is the minimum requirement

Premiere Pro and After Effects experience are a plus

Must be able to deliver high-performance edits that feel dynamic, emotional, and sales-driven

Project overview

We’re building a long-term partnership with a reliable video editor who can grow with us. This position starts part-time but will evolve into a full-time role as we scale. We are a direct-response ecommerce company managing multiple successful DTC brands. Our videos are the backbone of our marketing, so we’re only looking for editors capable of replicating the same quality, emotion, and effect intensity as seen in the reference video above. Before hiring, all candidates will be asked to share 2–3 previous ad examples they’ve edited that demonstrate similar quality, pacing, and transitions. Payment terms are hourly and negotiable depending on skill, communication, and consistency. We expect availability, fast communication, and attention to detail.
