Hi,
I want to create an app that enables people to create a user and add friends (could be via facebook/gmail or so).
The app content will be games, the first game I want to make its poker/texas hold em.
Friends should be able to play within them, they can play with imaginary money or could actually play with money, therefore there should be an integration with a wallet.

Could you make this app?
If you can, what would be the cost and the time.
