About us
we produce high-energy themed dance parties across north america. From pop star celebrations to underground hyperpop raves, our events bring joy, community, and a whole lot of sparkle to nightlife. We move fast, think creatively, and care deeply about our branding, voice, and the experience we offer both in-person and online.

We're now hiring a full-time Marketing Assistant to support our growing team. If you love music, pop culture, have a sharp eye for detail, and know your way around email marketing and Google Sheets like a pro — this role is for you.

what you’ll do
✉️ draft and send professional, customized emails to venues, partners, influencers, and promoters
📆 manage event calendars, track timelines, and schedule posts and campaigns
📊 update and organize google sheets and our internal systems with event details, contacts, and promo assets
📢 assist in creating promotional copy for social media, websites, and newsletters
💼 support the broader marketing and production team with ad hoc tasks and campaign execution

✅ Have impeccable attention to detail—no mismatched info on your watch
✅ Write clearly, quickly, and with a voice that fits the brand
✅ Have strong familiarity with Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar
✅ Be a Photoshop wizard
✅ Are self-motivated and comfortable working remotely and asynchronously
✅ Love  music, events, nightlife, and pop culture
✅ Are organized, proactive, intuitive, and a great communicator

bonus points if you...
⭐ Understand tools like Airtable, Canva, Google Suite, Adobe Suite, and more
⭐ Have previously supported a high-output team in marketing, pr, or production
