Project overview
In this role, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our school. This includes handling student enrollment, scheduling classes, and maintaining student records. As well as assist with customer support and handle inquiries and concerns from both students and parents. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Russian, as most communications are conducted in Russian and via messengers. Experience in an education-related field and familiarity with online teaching platforms would be a plus. Skills required: - computer knowledge - Strong organizational skills - Multitasking - Proficiency in Russian, English (Conversational and higher) - Experience in an education-related field (preferred) - Basic sales skills (preferred) We offer a base salary of $700 CAD plus royalties. There is a three-month probation period.
