Donel Media is a fast-growing lead generation agency helping Software Development Companies in the US and Canada generate qualified project discovery meetings through Facebook Ads, funnels, and automation.
We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer to set up, manage, and optimize campaigns, ensuring profitable lead generation.
This is a long-term role for the right candidate, with opportunities to grow as we scale.
🛠 What You’ll Do
✅ Set up & manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead generation campaigns.
✅ Write & test ad copy to improve conversions.
✅ Optimize creatives & targeting to lower CPL and improve lead quality.
✅ Monitor & report Kpis (cpl, ctr, conversion rates, cost per booked call).
✅ Scale winning campaigns and adjust strategy for better performance.
✅ Test new angles, offers, creatives, and audiences weekly.
✅ Work with GoHighLevel (GHL) to integrate lead forms, automation, and follow-ups.
✅ Troubleshoot campaign performance issues and recommend solutions.
🎯 Who You Are
✔️ 2+ years of experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads for lead generation.
✔️ B2B lead generation experience (bonus if you’ve run campaigns for software development agencies).
✔️ Proven ability to lower CPL and improve lead-to-meeting conversion rates.
✔️ Experience with VSL funnels, lead forms, and appointment-setting campaigns.
✔️ Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier, Make (Integromat), and tracking tools.
✔️ Strong analytical skills – able to optimize ads based on data.
✔️ Proactive & problem-solving mindset.
✔️ Fluent in English (Spanish/Portuguese is a plus but not required).
