Its a saas (software as a service) which needs modifies and also a continue development. It was created by us to manage FTTH (fiber to the home) client orders.
Work orders are sent daily by ISP that requires our services and are imported into our system from an Excel database.
The system runs on a PC and also on an Android phone.

Project overview

Saas is written in django, uses SQL (PostgreSQL). Our domain is picciolitelco.tech, pythonanywhere is saas hosting. Can reach at: picciolitelco.tech. Currently we manage the following: clients agenda and partially inventors. We need support to continue developing the subsequent aspects or topics in order of priority: -Handle user credentials, -Handle crew database, -Handle vehicles database, -Handle admin employees database, -Service management, not installations such as guarantees, or guarantees from one technician to another, etc., -Customer service history, -Receiving equipment in batches (not just ONUs), -Router preactivation loading and others -Kardex: fiber and tensors mainly, -Includethe reason when the status of an order is delayed, -Report by delayed status and by reason, -Material report by crew, -Equipment report by crew, -Material consumption report by crew, -Modify billing report, and (between others), in the medium term, implement route sheet as a previous step to assignments.
