Meta Ads Specialist for Instagram Growth Campaign - Initial Test

We are seeking a skilled Meta Ads specialist or Digital Trafficker to create and launch an ad campaign for our personal Instagram account. The primary objective of this initial test campaign is to significantly increase profile visits and attract new, qualified followers. If this test demonstrates positive results, we intend to expand the budget and establish a long-term, recurring collaboration for future campaigns. Essential requirements for this project include:
1) The freelancer must operate the campaign from their own Meta Ads account, utilizing their registered payment method, as our personal ad account is currently experiencing payment processing issues.
2) The campaign setup should be straightforward, focusing solely on driving targeted traffic directly to the Instagram profile. Complex e-commerce strategies, tracking pixels, or Conversion APIs are not required for this specific objective.
3) An initial net budget of $9 USD is allocated for Meta ad spend. This amount will be released to the selected freelancer on the platform to cover the advertising costs.
