Mexico & Brazil: Local Testers for Fiat-to-Crypto Payments

MC Markets is recruiting local testers in Mexico and Brazil to test fiat-to-crypto deposits through MoonPay. This is manual website/payment QA; no software development or crypto experience is required.

TASK (approximately 30 minutes)
Use a desktop browser on your genuine local connection. Register/sign in to MC Markets and follow our illustrated guide: Deposit > Fiat currency deposit > MoonPay > USD 20. Follow the provider verification and payment prompts. Report success or the exact stopping point and error. No VPN or proxy.

REQUIREMENTS
Reside in Mexico or Brazil, have a local bank card or e-wallet, receive SMS codes, and record a desktop session. MoonPay may require identity verification directly through its own interface.

DELIVERABLES
A redacted screen recording, relevant screenshots, and a brief report with country, payment method, test date/time, steps, result, errors and order ID if available.

PRIVACY
Pause recording when entering passwords, verification codes, card security codes or uploading identity documents. Redact names, dates of birth, addresses, ID numbers, full card numbers, emails and phone numbers before submission. Keep errors, amounts, order IDs, timestamps and payment methods readable. Do not send us identity documents or full card details.

Testing fee
usd 15 for one payment method; usd 30 total for three or more distinct methods. Payment is for following the agreed steps and submitting evidence, regardless of whether the deposit succeeds or fails. Repeated attempts with the same method do not count as additional methods.

Test funds
the initial usd 20 test deposit is separate from the testing fee. We will place and pay for an order on Workana to provide the test funds. Platform fees and fund availability will be confirmed before testing. Successfully deposited funds must be returned to us afterward; the return method will be agreed before testing. Additional methods, funding and the schedule will also be agreed in advance.
