I have an idea to create a Mobile app from scratch for a cloud based Accounting Software with database connect with the server where user can login anywhere & anytime (mainly user are from Malaysia & SIngapore)

The kind of account accounting Software will be similar like : https://financio.co/malaysia / https://www.biztory.com.my

Please provide suggestion / proposal of how much cost will be involved for the whole project.
Would be going for ANdroid / IOS first maybe for cost effective.
