Remote Mystery Shopper – Fluent English (Voice + Writing)

We are hiring Mystery Shopper Callers to support customer experience evaluations for North American businesses. This is a remote, contract-based role conducted during Eastern Time business hours (9:00 am to 6:00 pm et).

Role Overview:
You will be assigned businesses to call as a prospective customer. Your task will be to engage naturally, ask relevant questions, evaluate the service, and submit a detailed written report of your experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct phone calls based on provided scripts and guided prompts

Interact in a friendly, professional, and natural manner

Write clear and structured reports logging your activity and summarizing each interaction

Follow detailed instructions consistently and reliably

Work during 9:00 am – 6:00 pm eastern time, monday through friday

minimum requirements:

fluent in english, with native-level comprehension and writing ability

clear, easily understood pronunciation, suitable for north american clients

neutral or north american accent preferred; strong regional accents that may affect clarity will not be considered for this role

excellent grammar, spelling, and attention to detail

confident, natural phone presence

ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely

quiet work environment, high-quality wired headset, and reliable internet connection

compensation:
this project is paid rbap (results-based approved payment):
$14–$20 usd per approved case (includes obtaining data from the call(s) and/or email(s), logging your activity, providing notes to the client, entering data into fields, and uploading files obtained).
Bi-weekly payment.
