We need articulate and quick-thinking individuals for a high-paying, part-time remote contract position.


The Role:

You will represent experienced software engineers in their job interviews. Using their profile and our support, you will be the “face” that helps them get hired at companies.

Requirements:


-A fluent, native-level English speaker with excellent communication skills.

-A quick learner who is calm and professional under pressure.

-You have some coding experience or technical understanding. A strong background is a plus, but it's not mandatory. Your speaking ability is our top priority.

-Don’t worry if you’re not a coding expert. If you have the speaking skills, our company will provide the technical coaching and real-time support so that you can pass live coding tests and technical interviews.


Working Hours: 7~8 hours per week at the beginning stage. Will be increased to 30~40 hours if everything goes well.


Clear Pay Structure:

Start at $500~$1000/month during the onboarding phase.

Earn a $1,000~ $1,500/month permanent raise for every job you help secure.

Your maximum income would be $5,000 per month.
