I have a flutter app being built. It will need many design changes and improvements. The app is a marketplace app for the USA.
Because of past bad experiences I am looking for someone in the USA and preferably on my time zone. CST

I will provide the details when I have found the right developer. The quick version is- I’ve had an app in development for going over 1 year and it is not looking or turning out as I’d hoped. Design is sub par and the concept is lost in the functions that were supposed to be built were not.
