We're a private company developing a teleoperation system for micromobility. We are looking for an application proposal that measures network latency and performance between a client, which can be anywhere in the world, and a teleoperation server in Mexico City.  The goal is to register the cellular network coverage in any city to understand its behavior and, based on the history, make navigation decisions.
