Next.js Real Estate App Performance & Seo Optimization

We are seeking an experienced Next.js developer to perform a comprehensive performance optimization on our Real Estate Sales System. The application is already built and functional with Next.js, but we need to improve its Lighthouse performance metrics to meet modern web standards and enhance user experience across all devices. The ideal candidate should have proven experience with Next.js performance optimization techniques and a solid understanding of Core Web Vitals. The work involves conducting a thorough performance audit of our current application, identifying specific areas causing poor Lighthouse scores, and implementing targeted optimizations. This includes optimizing image delivery using Next.js Image component with proper sizing and modern formats (WebP/AVIF), implementing effective lazy loading strategies, reducing unused JavaScript through improved code splitting, optimizing font loading to minimize layout shifts, and ensuring proper caching headers are configured. Additionally, we need basic seo improvements including meta tag optimization and structured data implementation to achieve a perfect 100 seo score. Expected Outcomes: Lighthouse Performance improved to 90+ from current baseline. All Core Web Vitals metrics passing. Improved page load times on both desktop and mobile devices.
