We need a developer to integrate two-way WhatsApp messaging into our Odoo crm (version tbd) using the gala whatsapp business api (we already have an account).
Key Requirements:
1. Send & receive WhatsApp messages from Odoo
2. Auto-log chats in CRM chatter (leads/opportunities)
3. Support WhatsApp templates (GALA approved)
4. Basic integration with Helpdesk (future scope)
5. All Odoo users can access WhatsApp features
Deliverables:
1. Fully working Odoo-GALA integration module
2. PDF Technical Report (includes workflow diagram, architecture, API mapping, dev notes)
Note: We're open to your recommendations on best triggers and UX design within Odoo.
