Part-Time Agronomist for Agtech Platform Testing & Farm Onboarding (Mt/Go)

We are an agtech startup developing a satellite crop monitoring and alert platform (NDVI and alerts), currently in closed beta. We are seeking a part-time Agronomist (contractor/PJ) to join our team.

Activities:
- October-November 2026: Test the platform on real plots and provide detailed written feedback on failures, missing features, or confusing aspects.
- From December 2026: Onboard 5-7 pilot farms and submit weekly written feedback in English. A second round of onboarding is planned for the end of January 2027.

Requirements:
- Valid CREA registration.
- 3+ years of consulting experience in soy/corn (experience with pivot irrigation is a plus).
- Active presence in Mato Grosso (MT) or Goiás (GO) states, with 5-15 farms served.
- Proficiency in written English.
- Experience using agricultural software (e.g., FieldView, Aegro, Strider, OneSoil) and understanding NDVI.
- Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Key Differentiators:
- Experience in precision agriculture and machine data.
- Familiarity with agricultural cooperatives.
- Proficiency in Spanish.

This is a part-time role, requiring 10-20 hours per week, remote with occasional field visits. Remuneration is competitive and will be discussed. Immediate start is preferred. Our team communicates primarily in written English.
