Philippines Resident Director / Local Representative for Business Compliance

We are currently seeking a Philippines-based Resident Director / Local Representative for an urgent onboarding, with strong potential for a long-term, multi-client engagement. This is not a one-off assignment; we are looking to build a reliable partner network in the Philippines. The scope of work includes: Acting as Resident Director and/or Local Representative. Ensuring ongoing compliance with Philippines regulations. Assisting with statutory filings, governance, and documentation. Coordinating closely with our internal team and international clients. We are prioritizing applications from Philippines Residents (Mandatory), professionals with prior experience as Nominee Director / Local Representative, and candidates comfortable with multi-client handling and long-term association.
