The freelancer will be provided with all necessary information and guidance to effectively communicate the opportunity and manage calls. Accurate recording of call outcomes and updating lead statuses is also required. Experience in a healthcare background is preferred. Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with new people are essential for success in this role.
