To develop an app that can live-track exact location from one user to another. So, you can send your location to a trusted contact and it is tracked until you find each other as close as possible, and tap your phones together to finish.

I wish messaging apps already offered but I couldn't find anything. I think it would work great at events, buildings or even for long distances using GPS, and as the users get closer, bluetooth could work to do an exact reading of proximity.

I've heard something like this could use up a lot of battery life and data, so if you think it is a good idea and it can be done, please let me know. I would need a designer and a developer who knows about location services.
