Photos + literal transcription of 10 handwritten family recipes (English)

We are collecting 10 real handwritten recipes in english from your own family
(mother, grandmother, aunt…), on cards, paper or a notebook, together with an
exact typed copy of each one. Older handwriting and cursive are a plus.
The material is used ONLY for internal quality checks — it is never published,
sold or shared. Please make sure the writer (or their family) agrees.

what to deliver (one .zip):
1. Photos: one photo per recipe card/page (01.jpg … 10.jpg). Phone is fine:
  from above, daylight, no shadows, the whole card visible. If the card has
  writing on the back, add 01b.jpg.
2. Transcriptions: one .txt per photo (01.txt … 10.txt), letter by letter,
  exactly as written:
  - do not fix spelling, grammar or capital letters.
  - Do NOT add or remove periods, commas, dashes or apostrophes.
  - Keep abbreviations as written: "tsp", "T.", "c.", "Oz", "lb", "pkg".
  - Keep numbers as written: "1/2" stays "1/2", "½" stays "½", "2-3" stays "2-3".
  - Keep line breaks as on the card (one line on the card = one line in the .txt).
  - If you cannot read a word, write [?]. Never guess.
3. Cards.csv with 3 columns: file, writer (mother/grandmother/aunt…), approximate year.
  Example:

test first: send 2 recipes first (01 + 02) within a few hours. If they follow
the rules above, you continue with the other 8.

Budget: USD 15 for all 10. Delivery: 1 day.

In your proposal, please tell us: whose handwriting it is, the approximate
years, and how many recipes you have. Proposals without this will not be considered.
