We’re looking for a Project Manager with strong client-facing experience to join our dynamic team! If you’re highly organized, great at managing multiple projects, and can work US time zones, we want to hear from you.

About the Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.

What You’ll Do
✅ Manage and oversee multiple client projects, ensuring seamless execution
✅ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and strategic guidance
✅ Coordinate between teams (designers, writers, developers, etc.) To keep workflows smooth
✅ Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure everything stays on course
✅ Proactively identify and resolve project risks or bottlenecks

What We’re Looking For
🔹 Client-facing experience – a must!
🔹 Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
🔹 Ability to work in us time zones (est/pst)
🔹 fluent in english (written & spoken)
🔹 based in south america
🔹 agency experience is a plus but not required

bonus points if you have
⭐ experience with project management tools (notion, asana, trello, monday.com, etc.)
⭐ Background in automation and using AI to streamline workflows
