Job: Virtual Assistant for Real Estate Recruiting

We’re looking for a dependable virtual assistant to help with real estate agent recruiting. You’ll work closely with our VP of Growth to manage our Zoho CRM, make outbound calls, and set up appointments with potential recruits—especially for our top Zillow Team.

What you’ll do:
    •    Call agents and book appointments
    •    Keep our recruiting database (Zoho) organized and updated
    •    Help manage the calendar and follow-up tasks
    •    Support the recruiting process from start to finish

You should be:
    •    Comfortable making cold calls
    •    Organized and detail-oriented
    •    Familiar with Zoho or willing to learn
    •    Available during U.S. Business hours (ideally Pacific Time)
