English appointment setting Telemarketer – Phone & Email Outreach to U.S. Real Estate Agents

This role involves initial outreach and follow-up via phone calls and personalized emails to set meetings with our team.

Applicants must be fluent in both English and Spanish, but we are specifically looking for candidates with very strong English speaking, reading, and writing skills—as most communication will be conducted in English. A slight to medium Spanish accent is acceptable.

This is a freelance, remote position which will convert to become full-time for the right candidate. The position is open only to candidates based in Mexico, Central America, or South America.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outreach to real estate professionals via phone and email
• Use provided scripts, templates, and prospect lists (or help build lists)
• Craft and send personalized emails as part of initial outreach
• Set appointments for our team via Zoom or phone
• Maintain accurate notes on all activity and responses
• Provide weekly performance updates

Requirements:
• Bilingual – fluent in both English and Spanish
• Very strong English: clear spoken English and excellent grammar/writing skills. The use of Ai tools such as GPT is acceptable to help write outreach emails and to respond to prospects.
• Experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or appointment setting
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and direct outreach
• Quiet workspace, strong internet connection, and personal computer
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Project Type:
Hourly – with the potential to become a full-time role based on performance

Compensation:
Hourly wage: $4-$8 per hour
Bous: $25 - $40 per appointment set
